All FindRivals features are currently free during early access, so no payments are taken. This policy will apply when paid plans launch.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@findrivals.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and will not renew.
Refunds
- 14-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your first payment on any plan, email us within 14 days and we will refund it in full.
- Annual plans: after the first 14 days, unused full months of an annual plan can be refunded on request if you cancel within the first 90 days.
- Monthly plans: after 14 days, monthly payments are not refunded; cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Currency conversion or bank fees charged by your provider cannot always be recovered.
